Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds and withdrawals under its own Refund Policy. Request a refund at paddle.net. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.
Paddle handles refunds
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: you buy Statwell Intel from Paddle, which handles payments, refunds and withdrawals. Refunds and withdrawals are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, which apply to every Statwell purchase. They set out when you can withdraw from a purchase or receive a refund, and how Paddle processes it.
Statwell does not add conditions, deadlines or exceptions of its own to Paddle’s Refund Policy.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase and your rights when a service is not as described or is faulty. Paddle’s Refund Policy describes the withdrawal rights that apply in your country.
How to request a refund
- Visit paddle.net and select “Request refund”, or use the support link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or open Paddle’s customer portal from your Statwell account (Account, then Manage billing).
- If you need help, write to us at contact@statwell.io, from the address of your Statwell account, and we will help you with your request to Paddle.
Paddle reviews each request under its Refund Policy and processes approved refunds to the original payment method.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time in your account (Account, then Manage billing), through paddle.net or by email. Cancelling stops future renewals; to ask for a refund of a payment already made, see above. See also Cancelling in the Terms of Service.
